This is one of the nicest hotels. Clean rooms helpful staff, great breakfast. Matthew is always so accommodating and kind he's a great guy!
This is a great place to stay. The location is good, close to the interstate but not close enough to hear the traffic. A big parking lot that was in good shape and easy to walk through. Easy for a wheelchair or someone that has difficulty walking can get to the motel and in. The motel is bright and very clean, looks in great condition, everything well maintained. The room very good and quiet and also in great condition. There are lots of food choices close by to eat at. As good as this place is the best part was the super staff, very pleasant, respectful and willing to help. It was the quickest check in and check out I ever had. I have nothing to say bad about my experience here and if I need a room in Pueblo again this will be my first choice. A good motel with a great staff, I don't think you could do better anywhere else, thank you.
Great place to stay! A reasonable price was followed up with friendly and expert service, a clean comfortable room, and a facility that though currently undergoing renovation, appeared elegant and welcoming. I especially enjoyed an unusually nice shower. I will definitely stay again.
Excellent. Will stay here again. Great service. Love the room amenities. On the wall soaps and lotion instead of the little containers. Great bed. Got room with accessible grab bars. Perfect and on last floor. Breakfast was yummy...hot eggs, biscuits, etc.
Rooms were 8/10, beds and linens were great, workout equipment was worn out, hot tub was super, pool was nice temp but a little dirty on bottom (dusty). Breakfast was super…had nice omelettes, biscuits and gravy, waffles, coffee, juice, fresh fruit. Overall a very good experience.
Ok location. Nice rooms. Breakfast was good, and friendly staff. My room was clean, but my bathroom definitely had some plumbing issues. Also, two of the nights the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. There was also a chirping fire alarm on 2nd floor that obviously needed batteries changed.
It was an overall good stay other than the sink having the sewer smell coming out of it and the t.v. channels not working at all. I had to close the little vent on the sink to stop the smell from coming out of it because it would go all the way to my room.
Great location. Room was worn down, but they are in the middle of a major room remodel, so it will be much better soon. Clean and quiet. Staff was excellent to talk with.
